The City takes pride in providing its citizens and visitors with parks for sports, recreational use, dog trails, outdoor concerts and movies, walking and hiking trails. Community volunteer groups sponsor numerous street festivals, concerts, a Farmer’s Market and have partnered with the City to develop a Greenway System and Linear Park that will include trails along the Catawba River and Lake Wylie. read more
